The Challenge:
How might we create a convenient and pleasant last mile delivery experience that connects senders & receivers across Indonesia.
Background:
Looking to disrupt Indonesia's logistic market, Paxel is a digitally enabled delivery service company that is targeting the ecommerce market, both online and offline businesses.

Paxel goal is to create a seamless & convenient shipping experience.

The scope

Sixty Two engagement begins at the very beginning of Paxel's conception. We've had the opportunity to help define the entire experience holistically, from customers' key touch points, to courier experience. We collaborated closely with multi function teams and drive design strategy.

Users are provided with clear package size selection & shipment as soon as they finish enter destination. Shipping fee can also be easily shared to received for confirmation. Shipping fee transparency provides a better and clear shipment experience.

Detailed Shipment Tracking

The Paxel app provides, both, the sender and receiver continuous updates on the package current location and whereabouts. The best part starts when our courier is on the way to your location, as you will get real time notifications and the exact location of your courier. There's a certain excitement as we wait for our package to be picked up and dropped off.
