Some programs are designed to upskill practitioners building day-to-day skills, others are specifically for leadership and C-suite, focused on strategic decision-making around design, innovation, and AI. We run programs for both and for the mixed groups in between.

It depends on the learning objective. Some programs run as focused single-session workshops: design thinking workshops, innovation workshops, or AI workshops for leadership. Others are structured as design sprints or research sprints (intensive, time-boxed formats built around a real challenge). For deeper capability building, we run multi-session programs with practice and real work built in between sessions. We'll recommend the format that fits what you're actually trying to build, not the one that's easiest to schedule.

We bring strong, proven frameworks to every engagement, but we shape the content, format, depth, and audience around your company's goals, context, and gaps. We can also design fully custom training programs to meet your organization's specific needs.

We offer both online and in-person programs. We primarily deliver programs across Southeast Asia, with most of our offline engagements taking place in Indonesia and Singapore. Sessions can be delivered in English, Bahasa Indonesia, or a combination of both, depending on participant needs.

AI is increasingly embedded across many of our programs, from research and innovation to product development and leadership decision-making. We also offer dedicated programs focused on AI literacy, workflow adoption, and organizational readiness.
